Was elected to ALPHA LAMBDA DELTA, national collegiate women's honor society.
Experience
I taught ESL classes for 10 years in Barcelona, Spain from1999 to 2009. I also taught Spanish at U Mass and other colleges. I was employed in the area as a Spanish teacher (Keene area high schools) prior to moving to Spain. I was State certified in social studies as well as Spanish. I have a background in fine arts and won numerous awards for my work. I miss teaching and would love to assist a student in improving his/her studies in any way I can.

Hobbies
I love art, language...I'm working on Italian ! I also love to travel and visit new places and meet new people. Love to go out with my friends antiquing; it's nice to spend time with those close to you. I love children ! I have six and a number of grandkids ! I like to dance and ski. Read great books and most of all, learn something new everyday. I am outgoing, and have lots of experience teaching and most of all a tremendous amount of patience which is so necessary for success in learning. One of my qualities is that I listen and have empathy for my students. I love what I do and hope to help students learn.
